We will not disclose or sale ANY customer information i.e.: e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers, or physical addresses. We value our customers and their privacy. The Way We Use Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your account. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Shipping "Generally", if an item is in-stock, you can expect that the item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. There is a "rush packing" option for $6.00 that guarantees same day packing for orders placed before 10:00 a.m. central time. Firearms may take longer to ship if we are waiting for the FFL paperwork from the dealer you want us to ship to. Payment/Back Orders Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order. We indicate the number of items in stock. Due to the Volume of orders it is not 100% but works good. Orders are fill on a first ordered basis. All orders will be considered Open unless Canceled by a Phone Call or Email.   You will be notified by E-Mail of any back ordered items, at which time you have a option to leave the order with us until product is restocked, or refund.  We will not hold a order in wait of a back ordered item.  PLEASE DO NOT ORDER BACK ORDERED ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT FOR RESTOCK. - You will be notified via email when a portion of your order has been back-ordered - No extra shipping costs are charged for back-ordered items - You can check the status of a back order by logging into your account. Exchanges & Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event of a problem, please adhere to the following guidelines for prompt exchange/credit service. We cannot accept ammo, powder, or any related items period. No exceptions. If unsure about a product please contact us BEFORE ordering. Return/Exchange Guidelines - Orders returned without an Return Authorization # number will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. - Please keep all packing material and documentation that may be necessary for return - Most new items (unless otherwise noted) may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 7 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned freight pre-paid (in new, saleable condition) - Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of date of delivery, provided items are returned freight pre-paid (in new, saleable condition) - Refunds to credit card accounts may take up to 30 Days after we receive the return -There is a 15% restocking fee for all incorrectly ordered items. (Wrong sizes, changed mind) Canceling an order Orders may be canceled "PRIOR TO SHIPPING" by calling or email. Orders canceled in an inappropriate way will be accessed a $25.00 Cancellation Fee, a simple phone call or email will work. A 5% Cancellation fee will apply for any item that can not be legally shipped. Orders Canceled after shipping will be subject to the Exchanges and Returns policy above. Product Warranties We do not warranty the merchandise we sell. All warranties, either stated or implied, are the sole responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Because manufacturer's warranties vary from item to item, please refer to the documentation that accompanies your purchase for details. There will be a Processing Fee for any item returned to us for Warranty. We can only forward it on to the manufacturer Condition of Products Although we normally sell only new, factory-sealed items, we occasionally offer opened or "bad-boxed" items at reduced prices. We'll always let you know if the product you're interested in isn't new. Notice to All Customers We cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county and state restrictions for the extremely large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to High Capacity Magazines, Knives, and Airguns. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.
