RB's Treasures strongly advocates the safe use and storage of firearms and related materials. Please be sure that all firearms are unloaded and ammo is safely stowed prior to any cleaning or maintenance. Please keep all firearms, ammo and related products out of the reach of children. Firearm safety starts with you.

Policies and Information:
Firearms will only be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer. An Original signature on a copy of the receiving dealer's license will be required prior to shipment. Receiving dealer will transfer the firearm, in accordance with all current local, state and federal laws. 

You may choose the Licensed firearms dealer from a list we have on file,  Or you can have a dealer of your choice send us a copy of their FFL with Original signature.

NOTE:   receiving or transfer dealer will charge a fee for this service.  We suggest you negotiate this in advance.  Most dealers are reasonable but some are not.

Used Firearms:
From time to time there are honest disagreements over the condition of a used firearm.  For your protection All sales of USED firearms have a 3 day, no fire, no questions ask, return policy.  (Shipping is not refundable)

New Firearms/Accessories:
  Sale:
The sale and Transfer of a firearm are two separate transactions.  

When you order a New firearm from this site, you will pay for the firearm at the time of order.  The Firearm will be shipped to your Local FFL Dealer for Transfer, in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.  All orders will be considered to be open and valid unless canceled by the customer.  A $25.00 Fee will be accessed if the order is not properly canceled, a simple phone call or email will do.
  Warranty:
The manufacture warrants new firearms and accessories.  We are not in a position to process warranties on New firearms/Accessories.   Please refer to warranty information that comes with your weapon/accessories.  
  Shipping:
When you order a New firearm from this site, you will pay for the firearm at the time of order.  The Firearm will be shipped to your Local FFL Dealer for Transfer, in accordance with ATF Regulations.  All Federal Regulations must be fulfilled before your weapon is shipped, this may create a delay in shipping.  All orders will be considered to be open and valid unless canceled by the customer.  A $25.00 Fee will be accessed if the order is not properly canceled, a simple phone call or email will do. 
Once an item has shipped, Shipping is not refundable.
  California, New York & other Anti-Gun States, Returns/Cancellation:
Please insure that the Gun/Magazine is legal in your State.  It is Your Responsibility to insure Legality.
Up to 20% + Freight is non-refundable for any New firearm purchase.
Up to 20% cancellation fee if the Gun/Magazine is not legal in Your state.
Up to 20% cancellation fee if you can not legally receive a firearm.

Order Cancellation/Return:
Orders may by canceled by Phone or email.  We indicate the number in stock at the time you place your order.  This is not 100% but we try.  You may cancel an order by phone or email.  There will be a $25.00 to 15% Cancellation/Return fee depending on the situation.  Shipping is not refundable.   A $25.00 Fee will be accessed if the order is not properly canceled, a simple phone call or email will do. 

Transfers:
We will receive your firearm, purchases from other individuals, Dealers, or Auction's. for a Flat Fee of $20.00.

If you place an order using our Wholesale Account the fee will be Cost + 10% + Shipping + Texas Sales Tax, 8.25%.  We will also place Special orders for you.

Email us the name and Address, of your seller along with the item purchased.  We will forward FFL and advise when your weapon is available for pickup.  We are available by appointment ONLY
